We do not have knowledge of the identity of a User from which the Non-Personal Information was collected. Non-Personal Information being collected may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device, including certain software and hardware information (e.g., browser type and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time, etc.) to improve the functionality of our Site. We may also collect information about your on-site activity (e.g., pages viewed, online browsing, clicks, actions, etc.).

Retention

All rates are inclusive of GST and are charged monthly unless otherwise stated. Rates may change in accordance with your merchant agreement. 


If you've processed more refunds than sales in a month, we'll refund you the merchant service charge on net sales and transactions.

Includes Mastercard®, Visa® and AMEX®/JCB® transactions (additional charges may apply for all other cards).

Fees apply to Visa and Mastercard only.


Additional fees may apply for personalization requests. Fees depend on the nature of the personalization and will be provided upon request.


Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Visa Refusal

In the event that a visa application is rejected by the government entity, we will provide assistance in understanding the reasons for rejection and explore potential remedies if applicable. Refunds, if applicable, will be done in accordance to third party contracts signed by the client. Such as School Letter of Offer and insurance Policy.


2. Cancellation Fees

On top of any contractual fees stablished by third parties, Education Way reserves the right to retain the following:

- AUD 300.00 will be withheld in case of withdrawal after payment or visa denial (offshore students)

- AUD 150.00 will be retained in case of withdrawal after issuing the CoE and before the start of the course (onshore students)


3. Refund Processing

Our refund policies allow you to request a refund of the amount paid for products or services, provided you meet the defined requirements.

Once the refund request is approved, the amounts will be refunded according to the available options and the established deadlines.


Delivery and Dispatch Policy

1. Nature of Our Services:

Education Way specializes in providing online visa application and processing services. We act as an intermediary between our clients and the respective government or authorized entities responsible for processing visas. We facilitate the submission, documentation, and communication processes to ensure a smooth visa application experience.


2. Processing Times:

The processing times for visas can vary significantly depending on the destination country, the type of visa, and the specific requirements set by the respective government entities. While we strive to provide accurate processing time estimates, please note that these estimates are subject to change based on factors beyond our control, such as changes in government policies, peak application periods, and unforeseen circumstances.


3. Third-Party Involvement:

As Education Way, we do not have direct control over the approval process for visas. Our role is to gather and verify the required documentation, submit applications, and liaise with the relevant authorities on behalf of our clients. The final decision regarding visa approval rests solely with the respective government entities.


4. Communication and Updates:

Throughout the application process, we will keep you informed of the progress via email or other forms of communication you have provided. This includes confirmation of submission, any additional documentation required, and updates on the approval status if available. Please ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate and up-to-date to receive timely notifications.


5. Document Handling:

We take utmost care in handling your documents and personal information. Our procedures are designed to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


Updates or changes to this privacy policy
